Vegetable Selections

Mashed Potatoes
A generous portion of mashed russet potatoes with roasted garlic served with your choice of a flavorful gravy or butter and sour cream.

Baked Potato
Large baked russet potato served with butter and sour cream.

Parmesan Baked Hash Browns*
Shredded potatoes are combined with butter, light cream and fresh grated parmesan cheese and baked until hot and bubbling. (*ADD $.50 PER PERSON FOR THIS SELECTION)

Red Potatoes
Herb Roasted: Quartered baby red potatoes are tossed in a mixture of virgin olive oil, fresh chopped thyme, basil and rosemary and oven baked until tender and crispy.
Seasoned: Quartered baby red potatoes are tossed in butter and lightly coated with our own fabulous seasoning.
Parsley Buttered Red Potatoes: Baby red potatoes boiled whole until tender and then lightly smashed. Served with a flavorful parsley butter. Also served with sour cream if desired.

Seasoned American Fries
Cubed russet potatoes lightly seasoned and baked until tender and crisp. Great as a breakfast or brunch side.

Spanish Rice
Bacon, onion, tomato and a dash of red chili powder make this white rice dish fabulously flavorful. A great potato alternative!

Rice Pilaf
A delicious alternative to potatoes. Seasoned white rice combined with fresh diced vegetables.
